Five years of it, mostly on the surfaces nobody demos: order pipelines, admin consoles, dashboards a support team sits in for eight hours a day. Tokens, versioned components, every state, not mockups. It goes over as a Figma library, as a running front end your engineers extend, or as both. The only measure I care about is whether people still use it a month after it ships.
